Terms of Use.

1. Services

Pictasso Studio provides design services including, but not limited to: iOS app design, website design, logo design, and interior design consultation. Each service is described in detail on its product page and delivered according to the specific deliverables and timeline listed there.

We take on a limited number of projects each month. Order acceptance is subject to availability. If we cannot fulfill your order for any reason, we will contact you within one business day and issue a full refund.

2. Orders & payment

All prices are listed in US dollars and are final — no hidden fees, no hourly billing, no surprises. Payment is collected at checkout via PayPal or Stripe, our trusted payment processors.

For projects with a total value above $1,000, we can split the payment into two instalments — 50% up front and 50% on delivery. Contact us before placing the order to arrange this.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information. If a payment cannot be processed, we will contact you to resolve the issue before starting work.

3. Revisions & refunds

Every service includes a set number of revision rounds, clearly stated on its product page. Additional revision rounds can be purchased separately.

We offer a full money-back guarantee within the agreed scope. If the delivered work does not match the brief you provided, we will either revise it or refund you in full. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

The money-back guarantee does not apply if:
· The brief was changed after work began.
· The deliverables match the original brief but you simply changed your mind.
· You requested extensive changes beyond the included revision rounds and declined to pay for the extra work.

4. Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive complete commercial ownership of all final deliverables, including source files (Figma, SVG, AI, PDF, or equivalent). You may use, modify, and distribute the designs anywhere, forever, with no restrictions.

We retain the right to reuse generic, non-client-specific design elements (such as layout patterns, spacing systems, or typography scales) in future projects. We do not reuse branded elements, unique illustrations, or any materials that identify your brand.

Until full payment is received, all designs remain the intellectual property of Pictasso Studio.

5. Portfolio rights

We would love to showcase your finished project in our portfolio, but only with your written permission. By default, everything we design remains private and confidential.

If you grant permission, we will use the work in our portfolio, social media, and marketing materials. You can revoke this permission at any time by sending us an email — we will remove the content within 5 business days.

6. Limitation of liability

Pictasso Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or deliverables. This includes, but is not limited to, lost revenue, lost opportunities, or third-party integration failures.

We are not responsible for the final performance of a design once it has been implemented by you or a third party. We are also not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, internet outages, or issues outside our direct control.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Florida, unless both parties agree in writing to an alternative resolution method such as arbitration or mediation.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business practices, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page always shows the current version.

Changes do not apply retroactively to orders that have already been placed. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase remain applicable to that purchase.
