Handcrafted by Designer means the entire project is created from scratch by a senior designer: research, sketches, custom illustrations, a scalable design system. No AI is used for the core creative work. Slower and more expensive, but deeper and more bespoke.

Yes. Add as many services to the cart as you need. If they are related (for example a logo and a website, or an app and a marketing site), we sequence them into a single coherent project and often apply a small bundle discount on the final invoice.

Absolutely. Send us your guidelines, logo files, and colour palette and we will build the design within your existing system. This usually speeds up delivery and improves consistency across your assets.

Our interior design services are billed per hour of actual designer time. You buy blocks of one hour at checkout, and we track exactly how long we spend on your project. Unused time is never charged. At the end of every session you receive a short summary email with what was done and how long it took. You always know where every minute went.

Interior Design Recommendations ($15/hr) is perfect if you want expert advice but plan to do the work yourself. We review photos of your space, suggest layouts, colours, materials, and products, and send you a mood board and a shopping list. Ideal for DIY projects on a budget.

Full Interior Design ($25/hr) is our end-to-end service. We handle the project from concept to completion: spatial planning, palettes, 3D renders, furniture sourcing, and coordination with your contractors. You pay only for the hours we actually spend on your space — nothing is fixed or bundled.

For the $15/hr service, yes — clear photos or a short video of the room help us give precise recommendations. For the $25/hr full service, we will request a proper walkthrough (video call or a set of photos and measurements) so we can plan properly.

It depends on the size of your space and the scope. Most single-room consultations with the $15/hr service take 1 to 3 hours. Full interior design of one room usually takes 5 to 15 hours depending on how much custom work is involved. We estimate the range before we start, and you approve every hour before it is charged.

Timelines depend on the service. AI-assisted designs are typically delivered in 1 to 5 business days. Handcrafted designs take 10 to 14 business days. Hourly interior sessions are scheduled within a few days, and full interior design timelines depend on the scope — we will confirm the range during the intro call.

Yes. For most services we can cut the standard timeline in half for a 30% rush fee. Mention it in the project notes at checkout and we will confirm availability before starting.

All deliverables are sent digitally via email or a shared cloud folder. You receive source files, exports, and full documentation. For interior services you also get a PDF with links, mood boards, and 3D renders where applicable.

Let us know in the project notes or during the intro call. We keep a small buffer in our schedule for urgent requests and will tell you honestly whether we can meet your deadline before you pay anything.

Yes. Every fixed-price service includes a set number of refinement rounds, clearly stated on its product page — usually one to three depending on the package. Additional rounds can be purchased separately. Hourly services are naturally flexible: you use as many hours as you need, and every hour gets its own round of feedback.

We compare the final result against the brief you provided. If it does not match what was agreed, we revise it at no cost. If we cannot bring it in line with the brief, we refund you in full. That is the whole guarantee.

Yes. Every order includes full commercial ownership of the final deliverables, plus source files (Figma, SVG, AI, PDF, or equivalent). Use them anywhere, forever, with no restrictions.

Only with your written permission. By default, everything we design remains private. If you are happy to be featured, we will send you a preview of how it will look before anything is published.

We accept PayPal and all major credit or debit cards through Stripe. Both options are available at checkout. We never see or store your card details — all payment processing happens securely on PayPal or Stripe's infrastructure.

Each of our services has its own dedicated PayPal payment link so we can track orders and deliverables properly on the back end. If your cart has multiple services, PayPal will walk you through one payment at a time. If you would rather pay for everything in a single transaction, choose Credit / Debit Card (Stripe) at checkout.

Payment is collected when you place the order. For fixed-price projects above $1,000 we can split the payment into two instalments — 50% up front, 50% on delivery. For hourly services you can buy blocks of hours as the project progresses. Just mention it during the intro call.

Yes. If the delivered work does not match the agreed brief, we will either revise it or refund you in full. Refunds are processed within 5 business days. We do not charge any restocking or processing fees. For hourly services, unused hours are never charged in the first place.

Yes. You receive a proper invoice from the studio after checkout. If you need a specific format (VAT number, company details, purchase order number), mention it in the project notes and we will include it.

Yes, we are happy to sign a standard NDA before starting. Send us your document or use ours — either works. Confidentiality is important to us and we never share client work without written permission.
